A few useful answers.
Does my website start from a template?
Yes. shamarr starts with a designed layout suited to your business, then adds your details, colours and photos. You review the draft, request changes in chat, and publish on a shamarr.ai address. It is not an unlimited custom-code design service.
Do I have to write code?
No. You do not edit code. A change in chat is an edit to the page content. You apply it, then publish when you want it live.
How much does it cost?
Free is ₦0. You can build, change and preview your site. Free sites can publish on a shamarr.ai address. Paid plans are Starter at ₦10,000 a month or ₦100,000 a year, with a launch price of ₦7,500 a month for the first 100 paying workspaces, and Business at ₦25,000 a month or ₦250,000 a year. For now, shamarr is for businesses in Nigeria that sell in naira. Other countries come later.
What do the credits cover?
Free includes 60 credits in month 1 and 25 credits each month after that. Starter includes 300 credits a month and Business 1,000 credits a month. A new site will not start unless 8 credits are free to set aside. A chat edit will not start unless 2 are free to set aside. Only the actual call cost is charged; unused credits come back. Sai uses the same balance. Manual sample-line changes do not use credits. Top-up packs are 100 credits for ₦1,500, 300 for ₦4,000, or 1,000 for ₦12,000. Plan credits reset monthly. Added credits will last 90 days.
Can my customers order on WhatsApp?
Yes, if you add your WhatsApp number. The button opens a chat on your number with a short message already typed. The customer taps send. shamarr is not in the chat and does not take the payment.
Can I use my own domain name?
Your site can use a shamarr.ai address. Yearly Starter includes one .com.ng or .com name and yearly Business one .com, .ng or .com.ng name. Standalone renewal prices are .com ₦22,000, .com.ng ₦9,000, or .ng ₦20,000 a year.
Can I change the site after I publish?
Yes. Ask in chat, apply the change, and publish again. You can also put an older published version back. Changing a sample line in the form does not use a credit. A chat edit does.
Will the page show reviews I did not write?
No. If you have no reviews, the page has no review block. shamarr does not invent customers, counts, or awards.

What shamarr does.
shamarr.ai is a website builder for small businesses. You sign in, tell Sai, our AI assistant, about your business, and Sai drafts a website from your own details, logo and photos. You review and edit the draft, then publish it on a shamarr.ai address. Paid plans add more AI credits and your own domain. shamarr is operated by SHAMARR INTEGRATED SERVICES LIMITED (RC 1786146), Nigeria.
If you sign in with Google, shamarr reads only your name, email address and profile picture to create and secure your account. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we do not share Google user data with AI providers or use it for advertising.
shamarr makes business websites only. It does not create or edit sexual or intimate images of anyone, and its AI does not generate images of real people. Uploading or publishing intimate images of a person without their consent, or any sexual content, is forbidden. We remove it and close the account. Read the acceptable use rules and the privacy policy.
