1. The service

shamarr helps you build, edit and publish a website for your business. Sai, our assistant, writes a first draft from the details you give and suggests changes. You review the site and choose when to publish.

We are based in Nigeria and serve businesses in Nigeria first. You can use shamarr from any country where the service and your business are lawful.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account. Each business has a workspace. The workspace owner is responsible for the people they invite and for the plan the workspace is on.

Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of your business details, logo, photos and text. You give us permission to store, process and display them so we can run the service, build your drafts and serve your published site.

You must own your content or have permission to use it. Prices, opening times, claims and contact details on your site must be true.

• No illegal goods or services, fraud or deceptive offers.
• No content that infringes another person's rights, including logos and photos you do not have permission to use.
• No malware, spam, or attempts to break or overload the service.
• No personal data about other people that you have no right to share.

4. Images and AI acceptable use

shamarr is for business websites. Sai does not generate images of real people, and you must not use shamarr to create, edit, upload or publish sexual or intimate images, including AI-generated or altered intimate images of any person without their consent. Sexual content involving minors is forbidden in every form.

We remove content that breaks this rule, close the account, and report it to the authorities where the law requires. Report misuse to hello@shamarr.ai.

5. Sai, AI drafts and credits

Sai uses AI models from third-party providers. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. We do not invent reviews, awards or prices for you, and you must check every page before you publish it.

AI work uses credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can add more. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may pause AI features for abuse, safety, budget limits, provider faults or maintenance. Manual edits and published sites stay available when AI is paused.

6. Plans and payment

The Free plan lets you build, edit and preview a site. Paid plans add publishing on your own domain, more credits and more help from Sai. Current prices and limits are on the pricing page.

Businesses in Nigeria pay in naira. Businesses in other countries pay in US dollars unless a local price is shown. Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your full card number.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices include any taxes we are required to charge, unless the checkout page says otherwise.

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to an existing plan.

7. Domains and published sites

Every site can use an address on our domain. Domains you buy through shamarr are registered in your name through our registrar partner, and the registry's rules apply. You can move a domain to another provider in line with those rules.

If a paid plan ends, your site may move back to an address on our domain or stop being published. Your drafts and published history stay in your workspace unless you delete them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep shamarr and published sites online, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We may change, add or remove features. If a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you in advance and offer a fair remedy.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer where you live.

Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or that we are required by law to close. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your content.

11. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you use shamarr as a consumer outside Nigeria, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
